A set of 4 tons of desulfurization dust removal system, a single dust removal fan pressure > 5500 pa, flow rate of 15000 m after/h, form a complete set of 55 kw motor power.
2, bag dust collector
(1) the filter adopts intake airflow homogenization Settings, coarser particles directly into the hopper, reducing the damage of filter bag, the airflow into the bag chamber got the homogenization, reduce the pressure loss for dust filter;
(2) using online reverse pulse soot blowing ash removal technology, does not affect the equipment operation condition of normal continuous operation, improve the effect of ash removal, prolong the service life of filter bag;
(3) filter bag with 500 g/m PPS high-temperature needled felt,
(4) electromagnetic pulse valve adopts double diaphragm structure with control of sensitive, high efficiency, long service life, etc.
(5) dust filter using timing, constant pressure of deashing control mode, all adopt the automatic centralized control, stable and reliable running.
3, dust removal pipeline system
According to different properties of dust and severe, viscosity, particle size, different air velocity, vacuuming, distance of air volume resistance of each branch, to achieve junction resistance balance, must adjust the pipe flow, in order to reduce power consumption, under the premise of no dust in the pipe, as far as possible to reduce the flow velocity, guarantee the wind speed in the 16 ~ 18 m/s. Operation, in order to ensure the bag is not overtemperature inlet setting temperature measuring instrument and by-pass butterfly valve, can observe boiler outlet flue gas temperature, when the temperature exceeds the set value, boiler furnace or failure occurs, by-pass butterfly valve automatically open, to protect bag dust collector.
4, the desulfurization system
After transforming the desulfurization system auxiliary facilities need to increase three circulating water pump, mixer, a set of two loop system and a circular pool.Systems engineering include:
(1) three new desulfurization tower, 10 tons of boiler need 2 units desulfurization tower, tower body diameter of 2000 mm, the height is 12000 mm, three layers of spray device.Each tower configuration 24 nozzles. 4 ton boiler need 1 unit desulfurization tower, tower body diameter of 1400 mm, the height is 8500 mm, three layers of spray device.Each tower configuration 18 nozzles.
(2) build a new 150 CBM concrete circular pool.
(3) Add a lye jar and a lime slurry tank, all configuration blender, achieve "double alkaline or" desulfurization.
(4) add new 5 sets desulfuration liquid circulating pump, circulating pump for corrosion resistance, 10 tons of boiler circulating pump for Q = 80 m3 / H, H = 35 m, quantity: 3 sets. 4 tons boiler circulating pump for Q = 50 m3 / H, H = 35 m, quantity: 2 sets.
(5) new three trips desulfurization fluid circulation system, the circulation line for corrosion resistant material, using PPR tube or treated with corrosion resistant seamless steel pipe, pipe anti-freezing measures.
(6) new pumps and agitator of electronic control system.
(7) All landowners in pipe hole location set up permanent quantitative samples, drain eye-catching signs.
(8) to build a new water pump and electric room.
